Our Standard — NKES/ NK EDUCATIF SPORTIF USA, INC is committed to safety, respect, inclusion, and sportsmanship. All coaches, players, and families must follow this Code to keep sports safe and fun.
1. Coach Rules & Responsibilities
  • Arrive on time and maintain the 2-Adult Rule — no adult alone with an athlete.
  • Complete background checks + child safeguarding training before coaching.
  • Enforce safe training, proper equipment use, and age-appropriate supervision.
  • Use only positive, professional language. No abusive, profane, or discriminatory speech.
  • No physical punishment or unnecessary physical contact. Only safe coaching demonstrations with permission.
  • Communicate with athletes through parents/guardians or group channels. No private 1-on-1 texts/DMs.
  • Report any safety concerns or suspected abuse to the Executive Director in the country of origin.
  • Model respect for players, parents, officials, and opponents.
2. Player Rules & Responsibilities
  • Arrive on time, ready to learn, with proper athletic gear and water.
  • Listen to coaches and follow safety instructions at all times.
  • Treat teammates, opponents, coaches, and officials with respect. No bullying, teasing, or profanity.
  • Play hard but play safe — no dangerous play, fighting, or equipment thrown in anger.
  • Keep hands, feet, and equipment to yourself.
  • Leave dugouts/fields/courts cleaner than you found them.
  • Follow the Academy's Child Safeguarding & Protection Policy.
3. Consequences
Progressive: Verbal warning → Written warning → Suspension → Removal from program. Severe violations involving safety may result in immediate removal. No refunds will be issued for dismissals due to Code violations.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All program fees paid to NKES/ NK EDUCATIF SPORTIF USA, INC are non-refundable. If an athlete cannot attend, fees may be applied as credit toward a future Academy session within 6 months after receiving a notice from parent/guardian.
For late cancellations within 48 hours of the program start date, a cancellation fee of 50% will be added to the family account. This balance must be paid in full before the athlete can register for any future Academy programs.
5. Acknowledgment
All coaches, players, and parents/guardians must read, understand, and agree to follow the NKES/ NK EDUCATIF SPORTIF USA, INC Code of Conduct.
